Pentagon Resisting Obama’s Plan to Reduce Nuclear Arsenal

The Los Angeles Times
reports President Obama’s plan to begin phasing out nuclear weapons has run up against powerful resistance from officials in the Pentagon and other parts of the national security establishment.
